Store Assistant

Role Overview: As a member of the restaurant team, your primary responsibility will be managing inventory and supplies, ensuring cleanliness and organization, assisting with receiving and storing deliveries, supporting staff with operational tasks, and maintaining a safe, hygienic environment to support efficient restaurant operations. Key Responsibilities: - **Inventory Management:** Receive, unpack, and properly store food supplies, beverages, and operational equipment. - **Stock Control:** Monitor stock levels, conduct periodic inventory checks, and report any discrepancies to management. - **Organization & Cleanliness:** Maintain a well-organized and clean storage area, as well as support the restaurant's overall hygiene and cleanliness standards. - **Supply & Order Assistance:** Assist with placing orders for necessary supplies and coordinate with vendors. - **Operational Support:** Support kitchen staff with food and beverage preparation tasks and ensure all operational equipment is in working order. - **Safety & Compliance:** Adhere to food safety regulations and ensure equipment is used safely and correctly. Qualification Required: - **Education:** Typically a high school diploma or equivalent is required. - **Experience:** Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a similar storage/inventory role is often desirable. - **Certifications:** A background in supply chain management or inventory control can be beneficial. Additional Details: The job type is full-time and the preferred language is English. The work location is in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, and availability for both day shift and night shift is preferred. Physical stamina is required for lifting and moving heavy items as part of the job. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, basic math skills, teamwork, and the ability to work collaboratively with other restaurant staff are essential for this role.,
