Store Assistant

Job Description: As a Store Assistant at Hanuchem Laboratories in Parwanoo, Himachal Pradesh, you will be responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials in the pharmaceutical facility. Your role will involve handling pharmaceutical goods while maintaining proper inventory and documentation in accordance with GMP norms. Key Responsibilities: - Receive raw and packaging materials, ensuring accurate quantity and documentation verification. - Store materials following SOPs, utilizing FIFO/FEFO methods. - Issue materials to production with meticulous record-keeping. - Maintain stock registers and conduct regular inventory checks. - Uphold cleanliness, organization, and compliance in the store area. - Collaborate with QA, QC, and Purchase departments for approvals and stock movements. - Adhere to all safety and GMP guidelines. Requirements: - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a pharma store or warehouse. - Proficiency in GMP, GDP, and inventory systems (ERP experience preferred). - Familiarity with Marg software is advantageous. - Basic computer skills, including Excel and inventory software usage. - Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
