STORE AND MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

1. To arrange for machinery spare parts.

2. To maintain stock record of machinery spare parts and to keep efficient stock of necessary spare part required.

3. To request to the Production head to raise a Purchase order for machinery parts required.

4. To check invoice of spare parts material ordered and to hand over to Production head.

5. To resolve technical problems to plant and to discuss with Production Head.

6. Responsible to store plant & vehicle spare parts at any time or arrange as per requirements in urgent basis.

7. Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and supplies.

8. Issue materials to relevant departments as required, following proper documentation procedures.

9. Conduct periodic stock reconciliation and report discrepancies.

10. Maintain organized and up-to-date physical and digital records for all inventory movements.

11. Assist with regular audits and ensure compliance with company policies.

12. Coordinate with purchasing and other departments for timely replenishment and optimal stock levels.

13. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store/warehouse area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
