Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage alliance partnerships with retailers, distributors, and other stakeholders to drive business growth.
Develop and execute strategies to increase sales volume, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance market presence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations) to ensure seamless execution of plans.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business decisions.
Provide regular reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales metrics, inventory levels, etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in FMCG Sales & Marketing or related field.
Strong understanding of FMCG industry dynamics including Retail Sales & Marketing principles.
