Store Accounts and Administrative Assistant

As a Procurement and Supplies Assistant at Animal Rahat, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely procurement and storage of veterinary supplies for all animal welfare units and the Sanctuary. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting with the procurement and storage of veterinary supplies - Maintaining inventory records of medicines, instruments, and equipment - Accounting for materials upon receipt and reporting any discrepancies - Conducting monthly inventories of medicines and reporting discrepancies - Keeping records of bulk purchases and distribution of consumables - Assisting with maintaining accounting vouchers - Ensuring cleanliness and organization of office and surrounding areas - Supervising the maid and gardener - Checking visitor identities and arranging meetings with senior staff - Recording receipt of documents and delivering them promptly - Maintaining the employee attendance register and reporting discrepancies - Ensuring availability of drinking water, refreshments, and cleaning materials - Visiting banks, post offices, and markets as required - Performing any other duties assigned by supervisors or managers Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor of Commerce degree with 50% from a recognized university or college - Minimum two years of experience in managing supplies and storage - Excellent information technology skills - Good communication skills in Hindi and Marathi preferred - Commitment to the objectives of the organization If you are passionate about animal welfare and possess the necessary qualifications and experience, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position at Animal Rahat.,
