Job Description

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be required to demonstrate first-rate interpersonal phone skills, etiquette, and work ethic. You should have the ability to work under pressure with calmness and composure. Your role will involve utilizing strong problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills utilizing operational and diagnostic procedures. It is essential to maintain a strong attention to detail and be able to keep organized notes. A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a previous technical support role is required. Prior knowledge or experience on Dell - Compellent products is considered an added advantage. Additionally, having knowledge in networking troubleshooting, basic virtualization, and storage networking would be beneficial. Knowledge in Fibre Channel, iSCSI, RAID, Block/File level management, and Disaster recovery would also be highly advantageous. Key Responsibilities: - Develop competency in Industrial Operations Engineering - Share expertise and provide guidance and support to others - Interpret clients" needs - Complete own role independently or with minimum supervision - Identify problems and relevant issues in straightforward situations and generate solutions - Contribute to teamwork and interact with customers Qualifications Required: - Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a technical support role - Prior knowledge or experience on Dell - Compellent products (added advantage) - Knowledge in networking troubleshooting, basic virtualization, and storage networking - Familiarity with Fibre Channel, iSCSI, RAID, Block/File level management, and Disaster recovery Please note that the company-specific details were not included in the job description.,
