Position Specific duties :
Regional Core Infra - Storage Engineer - Support , automate , implement NetApp Storage & Nutanix Files, NAS & SAN Administration, Disaster Recovery Engineer to oversee the NetApp storage infrastructure, Nutanix Files, NAS & SAN administration, disaster recovery, and related operations within our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, and maintaining the NetApp storage environment, including CIFS, NFS, and iSCSI administration, as well as managing the Nutanix Files solution.

Additionally, the Engineer will handle NAS administration, disaster recovery, snapshots, storage upgrades

The Engineer may be required to work outside regular office hours for storage upgrades, maintenance activities, or disaster recovery operations.

Occasional travel may be required to support remote offices or data centers.

Participation in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support for some incidents or emergencies may be necessary.

Required skill :

Relevant certifications (e.g., NetApp Certified Implementation Engineer, Nutanix Certified ) are highly preferred.

Minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on experience in NetApp storage administration, including CIFS, NFS, and iSCSI protocols.

understanding of Nutanix Files solution, including administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Experience with NAS concepts and administration, including storage provisioning, zoning, and troubleshooting.

Familiarity with disaster recovery strategies and tools, such as replication, snapshots, and backups.

knowledge of storage upgrades, migrations, and data replication techniques.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve storage-related issues.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desired Experience :

Understanding of Virtualization concepts

Scripting knowledge like Python , Power Shell

Cloud Concepts with regards to AWS and AZURE

Education :

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology discipline or equivalent experience
