Job Description

Changing Problem Management to ITIL standards
Performing activities such as Monitoring, Break-fix, troubleshoot issues happening on day-day basis
Provisioning, Decommissioning on various Enterprise and Mid-Tier Storage Infrastructure
Controlling resolution of Incidents and Problems within agreed service levels, including classification, prioritization and initiation of action
Ability to work with different storage vendors in coordinating fixing issues

Skills Required:

Process validation working knowledge for Backup technologies
Skills - SAN and NAS Technologies such as EMC VMAX, IBM SVC, XIV, EMC Isilon, Netapp
Experience working with vendors to understand, implement and maintain hardware/software in a Linux environment
Experience with NFS on SAN or other network-based storage systems
