As Amadora continues to grow across cities, you are required to manage and maintain accurate stock levels across the factory, warehouse, and multiple stores. Your critical role will involve ensuring the smooth and timely movement of ice creams and baked goods. - Maintain and update stock records for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods - Coordinate inward and outward entries from the central factory to stores - Conduct daily physical stock checks and reconcile with software - Raise reorder alerts for low-stock items promptly - Collaborate with the production, warehouse, and supply chain teams - Assist in monthly audits and resolve any discrepancies - Ensure stock hygiene and adhere to FIFO/LIFO discipline in cold storage and dry zones - Utilize inventory management software and generate required reports To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - 2+ years of experience in inventory or warehouse roles - Proficiency in stock software, Excel/Google Sheets - Experience in food, QSR, or retail industries is advantageous - Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and accountability - Ability to manage fast-paced, multi-location stock movements,
