Stock Maintenance Executive

Greetings !!! Dear Candidates , We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Stock Maintenance Executive to manage inward and outward stock operations for our fasteners company. The role involves maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring proper handling of fasteners stock, and coordinating with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams for smooth warehouse operations. Responsibilities: Receive, check, and record inward stock of fasteners and related items. Handle outward stock – packing, dispatching, and maintaining delivery challans/invoices. Maintain stock register / ERP entries on a daily basis. Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical vs. system stock. Monitor stock levels of fasteners and update management on shortages/excess. Requirements: Qualification: Any degree / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. Experience: 1–3 years in fasteners (Nut and Bolt ) industry experience preferred. Knowledge of stock registers, inventory software (Tally / ERP) is desirable.
