Job Summary

Sticker Printing Head is responsible for managing the complete sticker/label printing department, ensuring high-quality output, smooth machine operations, timely production, and team coordination. This role requires strong technical knowledge of sticker printing processes, materials, and finishing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day sticker printing operations
• Operate & supervise sticker/label printing machines (Flexo, Offset, Digital or Roll-to-Roll)
• Ensure color accuracy, registration, and print quality standards
• Plan production and meet daily output targets
• Allocate work to operators & helpers and monitor performance
• Maintain material records (ink, film, adhesive, paper, rolls)
• Solve printing issues like color variation, shadows, bleeding, mis-registration etc.
• Coordinate with design team for artwork approval
• Ensure proper lamination, die-cutting, slitting & finishing as per order
• Handle machine maintenance & minor repairs
• Prepare daily production report
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the printing area
• Ensure timely delivery of finished stickers/labels
