Job Description

Design and develop custom SharePoint solutions, including web parts, workflows, forms, and apps using tools like Power Apps, Power Automate, and SPFx (SharePoint Framework)
Provide Tier 2/3 support for SharePoint-related issues, including user access, site functionality, and system performance
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and permissions
Assist users with navigation, document management, and collaboration features in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365
Customize SharePoint sites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and other front-end technologies
Develop and maintain integrations with external systems via REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, or other connectors
Create and manage PowerShell scripts for automation of administrative tasks and deployments
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Provide training and support to end-users and power users to maximize SharePoint adoption.
Document configurations, customizations, and processes for reference and compliance
