About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled SharePoint & Power Platform Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions within the SharePoint and Power Platform ecosystem to enhance business processes and improve productivity. Additional Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy custom SharePoint solutions, including: Communication Sites Team Sites Intranets Web Parts Develop and deploy custom Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards to automate business processes and improve data insights Participate in the migration of SharePoint environments using tools like ShareGate (or similar) Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and IT professionals Provide technical support and guidance to end-users Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in SharePoint and Power Platform technologies Required Skills: 4+ years of hands-on experience in SharePoint development (On-premises and Online) 2+ years of experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) Good understanding of SharePoint Designer and SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development using React, Angular, or other JavaScript frameworks Experience with SharePoint migration tools (e.g., ShareGate) Good to have experience with cloud platforms
