Flurys is India’s leading premium bakery & café brand. We are looking for a skilled F&B Service Associate/Steward with strong customer service skills to join our Siliguri outlet.

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and table assistance
• Take orders, serve food & beverages, and ensure accuracy
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the service area
• Coordinate with kitchen and cashier for smooth service flow
• Upsell menu items and ensure guest satisfaction
• Handle guest queries professionally
• Follow brand SOPs and standards consistently

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in café/restaurant/hotel service
• Strong communication and guest-handling skills
• Presentable, punctual, and service-oriented
• Ability to work in shifts
