JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Perform opening and closing side duties (e.g., setting tables, stocking stations).
• Ensure tables are set according to standards and cleanliness is maintained.
• Assist in food and beverage preparation and presentation as needed.
• Liaise with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
• Communicate special requests or dietary restrictions clearly.
• Support team members during peak hours to maintain service flow.

Requirements:

• Good Communication skill (English).
• 2 to 4 year experience.
• Endurance to walk and stand for long hours.
• Flexible work hours.
• Ability to remain calm and professional with difficult customers.
• Coordination to carry plates or trays without dropping anything.
