Steward Supervisor

As a Food & Beverage (F&B) Service Steward, your role involves ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for guests. You will assist servers and other staff in various aspects of food service, maintain cleanliness, manage supplies, and contribute to overall guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Assisting with seating guests, taking orders, and ensuring guest needs are met. - Setting tables, clearing used dishes, and restocking supplies like napkins and condiments. - Assisting servers with orders, food delivery, and any other service-related tasks. - Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including dining areas and service stations, and adhering to hygiene standards. - Checking and replenishing stock of items like cutlery, glassware, and other essentials. - Communicating with servers and other staff to ensure smooth service operations. - Addressing any minor issues or complaints promptly and professionally. - Collaborating effectively with other staff members to achieve common goals. This position is full-time with a schedule that includes day, morning, night, and rotational shifts. The work location is in person at Ernakulam, Kerala.
