Job Description

Maintaining Cleanliness: Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans, using dishwashers or hand washing as needed. Clean kitchen equipment like grills, ovens, and stovetops, and maintain cleanliness of floors and surfaces.
Table Management: Assist in setting up and clearing tables for service. Stock tables with essentials like trays, condiments, and cutlery.
Inventory and Supply Management: Ensure proper handling and storage of dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Monitor and record temperatures of food storage areas.
Customer Service: Assist guests with inquiries and direct urgent issues to the appropriate personnel.
Waste Management: Remove trash and recyclables from kitchen and dining areas.
Hygiene and Safety: Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
Assisting Staff: Support waiters and kitchen staff by collecting food from the serving station, unloading stock, and more.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
