This position is for our first D2C model - ‘BeeYoung Brew garden’ , aiming to redefine the craft beverage scene in Delhi. We are looking for enthusiastic Junior & Senior Stewards to enhance guest experience through excellent service and hospitality. Key Responsibilities For Junior Steward: · Greeting and seat guests, presenting menus with a warm welcome. · Take orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen and bar. · Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction. · Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining areas. · Assist senior stewards in handling guest requests and complaints. · Ensure tables are set up before service and cleared promptly. For Senior Steward: · Supervise junior stewards, ensuring high service standards. · Suggest food and beer pairings to enhance guest experience. · Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary. · Train new stewards in hospitality standards and menu knowledge. · Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service operations. · Maintain inventory of cutlery, glassware, and service essentials. Requirements · Junior Steward : Freshers or 0-2 years in hospitality, F&B, or customer service. · Senior Steward : 2-5 years in restaurant/hotel/microbrewery service. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Well-groomed, presentable, and customer focused. · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure. · Basic knowledge of craft beer and food pairing (preferred but not mandatory).
