We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Steward to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dishwashing areas. The ideal candidate should be punctual, physically fit, and ready to work as part of a busy kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment using manual and automated methods.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, floors, walls, and storage spaces.
Dispose of kitchen waste and garbage properly and regularly.
Ensure all cleaning equipment and materials are used and stored safely.
Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic tasks like fetching ingredients or equipment when required.
Follow hygiene and sanitation standards at all times.
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor.
Refill cleaning supplies and inform the stewarding supervisor when stock is low.

Requirements:

No prior experience required (training will be provided).
Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a positive attitude.
