Steward

As a Steward at our hospitality resort in Guna, Madhya Pradesh, you will play a key role in ensuring the satisfaction of our guests. Your responsibilities will include greeting and serving guests with courtesy and professionalism, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area and service stations, and assisting in table setting, clearing, and replenishing tableware as needed. It will also be your responsibility to accurately take food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff, ensuring timely service and coordination with other team members. In this role, you will be expected to uphold the resort's standards for health, safety, and hygiene while also maintaining an inventory of crockery, cutlery, and glassware. Providing exceptional guest service to enhance their overall experience will be a top priority. To be eligible for this position, you should have a minimum qualification of 10th Pass or above. While previous experience in hospitality is preferred, freshers are also welcome to apply. Basic knowledge of food & beverage service, good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a presentable and well-groomed personality are qualities that we value. Additionally, you should be willing to work in shifts and under pressure. This is a full-time position with a monthly salary ranging from 10,000 to 22,000, depending on your experience.
