Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Steward & Cook. The Steward & Cook will be responsible for managing food and beverage service, preparing meals, maintaining hygiene standards, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves kitchen management, inventory control, and ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation. Additionally, the Steward & Cook will be required to train new staff and uphold the company's standards of service.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Hotel or Restaurant experience is add on advantage.
• Food & Beverage and Food Service skills
• Experience in Training and mentoring staff
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
• Relevant certifications in culinary arts or hospitality management are a plus

Compensation:

Steward - 15000/-pm + Benefits

Cook - 25000/-pm + Benefits
