The Steward & Cook will be responsible for managing food and beverage service, preparing meals, maintaining hygiene standards, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves kitchen management, inventory control, and ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation. Additionally, the Steward & Cook will be required to train new staff and uphold the company's standards of service. Qualifications Customer Service and Communication skills Hotel or Restaurant experience is add on advantage.
