We are seeking a skilled Stenographer to join our team in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have strong shorthand and data entry skills, with the ability to transcribe meetings, draft official communications, and manage administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transcribe spoken content using shorthand.
  • Draft formal letters and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of meetings and proceedings.
  • Perform data entry and manage documents with confidentiality.
  • Coordinate with team members to support daily operations.
  • Handle general administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in shorthand and stenography.
  • Strong data entry and documentation skills.
  • Familiarity with office software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Prior administrative experience preferred.
