Tendering, Estimation, Costing, Negotiation for the best pricing & documentation . Analyzing the BOQ and understanding the Technical Tenders specifications. Tenders review and prepare documents etc. To maintain a record of all Tenders / Bids till their final outcome. • Keep track of EMD submitted & follow up for its release. Preparation of technical and commercial documentation Technical and Commercial evaluation of tenders and preparing the comparison reports • Knowledge and Understanding of Bill discounting by Trade Receivables Discounting System (TReDS) • Dealing Bank Issues. • Verification of all the contractor bills/Documents for further payment process.
