Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct engaging STEM classes and hands-on workshops for students (Classes 610).
2. Mentor and train teachers and community members to deliver STEM learning effectively.
3. Manage STEM labs, maintain equipment, and ensure safety standards.
4. Foster curiosity, innovation, and experimentation in schools.
5. Track student and teacher progress; prepare reports for Ennoble's impact tracking.
6. Customize STEM curriculum to align with NCERT/State Board standards and local context.
7. Organize STEM fairs, competitions, and showcase events.
8. Engage parents and communities to highlight student projects and STEM impact.
9. Stay updated on new STEM tools, EdTech platforms, and teaching practices.
10. Coordinate with NGOs, government officials, and corporate partners for program support.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of school-level STEM curriculum (Classes 610).
• Hands-on experience with STEM kits, robotics, and coding platforms (Scratch, Arduino, Tinker-cad).
• Lab management, safety standards, and data tracking/reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with EdTech tools is a plus.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Education, or related field (Mandatory).
• Preferred: Specialization in STEM education, EdTech, or curriculum development.
• Prior teaching, lab management, or STEM facilitation experience is highly advantageous.
• 13 years of relevant experience is preferred.
