Job Title: STEM & Robotics Trainer

We are looking for someone who is passionate about teaching Hands On concepts to students, help them

apply what they Learn, Foster creativity and inculcate innovation in their learning approach thereby

encouraging students to make and do it themselves. The person should be able to train and engage

students meaningfully and should have a good grasp on the hands on aspects of STEM concepts

comprising of Science, Math’s, Robotics, Programming, Electronics and so on. The individual should have

excellent communication skills, should be able to learn newer technologies and devise lesson plans to

deliver in a short amount of time.

Key Responsibilities:

As a STEM Instructor @ Edutech, you would be expected to carry on the following responsibilities

Conduct hands on activities/experiments on STEM technologies experiments/activities for the students

coming at Edutech STEM Studio

Learn newer technologies and keep abreast about the latest advancements in STEM

Devise Lesson plans/activity plans for the students

Write blogs/articles/thought papers on STEM Education

Add value to the company by collaborating with sales, marketing, and logistics to find ways to improve

the services of Edutech STEM Studio.

Establish strategic collaborations with schools/ other companies to expand this line of business

Devise competitions based on STEM concepts for engaging student community

Travel locally to Schools and STEM centres for sessions

Coordinate with parents and students and organize successful training sessions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

A Bachelor or Master Degree in any Technical/Science Stream, having experience in

Experiential Education with Computer Science, Electronics & Mechatronics would be an added

advantage.

Knowledge of programing language of C, C++, Python & Java is mandatory.

Work experience of minimum 1 Year (Academic or Non-Academic)/ Fresher’s having intense zeal and

ability to be part of growing experiential education industry may also apply

Willingness to learn and teach newer concepts/technologies to students

Excellent communication skills

Ability to meaningfully engage a group of people
