Station Support Associate E Commerce

As a potential candidate for this position, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to store operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Proficiency in computer usage, especially Excel and Google Sheets. - Comfort with using Android mobile applications. - Ability to perform reconciliations and detect basic errors. - Prior experience or understanding of warehousing/store operations is preferred. - High accuracy in documentation and checklist updates. - Precise cash handling. - Capable of managing 15-20 recurring tasks per shift. - Able to coordinate with team leads (TLs), pickers, drivers, and vendors. - Basic English and fluency in the local language are required. - Promptly raise tickets/escalations when needed. - Take ownership of slot-level hygiene metrics. Qualifications Required: - Minimum qualification of 12th Standard or any Graduation/Bachelor's degree. - Fast learner with good grasping power. - Responsible and honest individual. - Flexible with work hours and comfortable with 9-hour shifts involving standing and roaming.
