Key Accountabilities

Trade Marketing Operations

|

• Co-create trade marketing plans in coordination with Sales teams & Regional Marketing Manager.
• Take charge of ensuring excellent outlet execution of trade marketing plans and PICOS across channels – off-trade and on-trade - taking assistance of sales teams or external vendors where required.
• Identify along with Sales teams and Data Analytics the right set of outlets for Visibility and Promo activations.
• Oversee and manage brand merchandise & assets in godowns; coordinate effective utilization of the same at the points of sale or where required.
• Arrange for and coordinate with external manpower from various agencies where required for execution of TM programs.
• Ensure Sales Assets like visicoolers are utilized effectively - proper deployment in correct outlets; proper placement within outlets; stocking as per agree planogram.
• Provide on-ground support for Brand team-led activations and events.

Budget Controlling and Compliance

|

• Obtain approval from Regional Marketing Manager, regional finance and state head before onboarding vendor basis quality and price quoted as per defined guidelines

• Ensure timely PO raising before delivery of products/services and submission of bills to the finance team
