State HR Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for driving, understanding, implementing, and focusing on key HR initiatives in the state/s for the company. Your role will involve overseeing, managing, and partnering effectively with the Business to support and manage the people agenda to meet the Company's goals. Key Responsibilities: - Identify regional requirements for replacement hiring and coordinate with regional manager to initiate hiring approval. - Manage Recruitment costs by identifying the right talent and scanning relevant industries for talent sourcing. - Identify internal movement possibilities and communicate the position details to the central team for releasing requirements. - Ensure timely delivery of offer letters to selected candidates. Onboarding: - Maintain continuous communication channels with new recruits to facilitate smooth On the Job and cultural transition. Compensation and Benefits: - Provide guidance to employees on employee benefits. - Act as a single point of contact for any benefit-related queries. - Ensure the benefits reach entitled employees. Performance Management: - Track performance and liaise with the central HR team on non-performance related discussions. - Drive the completion of the annual appraisal, Mid-Year, and KRA submission process. Employee Engagement: - Connect with employees regularly. - Facilitate action planning with teams. - Implement activities as decided during action planning. Exits: - Conduct in-depth exit interviews and engage with employees to understand the possibility of interventions. - Provide exit-related information to HRSS and the central team of BU.
