Role Overview: As a State Head in the Business Development industry, your primary role will be to set up and lead a marketing team to drive the business forward. You will be responsible for establishing and supervising the sales team, educating them on sales protocols, and ensuring effective execution of team activities. Additionally, you will monitor daily call lists and take accountability for the business performance of the entire team. Conducting team meetings, corporate tie-ups, and follow-ups to enhance sales opportunities will also be a part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will manage overall business operations and report to the Sales Head of the company. Key Responsibilities: - Directing and coordinating regional sales functions, with a focus on Electrical & Electronic goods sales. - Identifying and developing new customers, researching marketing opportunities, and evaluating sales effectiveness. - Managing sales budgets, coordinating public affairs efforts, and formulating manpower plans. - Leading negotiations, setting sales goals, and overseeing promotional activities. Qualifications Required: - Any graduate in any specialization with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field as an ASM. - Proficiency in B2B sales, dealing with dealers and distributors, and demonstrating strong negotiation and communication skills.
