We are urgently seeking an experienced Sales Head to lead our Financial Inclusion and Business Correspondent initiatives in the banking sector across the state. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth, expand financial inclusion, and build a robust network ofBusiness Correspondents.
Lead and manage a sales team to achieve business targets.
Provide coaching, training, and guidance to team members.
Build relationships with banks and other stakeholders to promote financial inclusion.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of banking services.
Proven experience in sales leadership, financial inclusion, and business correspondent management
Strong understanding of the banking sector and financial inclusion initiatives
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Knowledge of relevant banking products and services
Experience with digital financial services and mobile banking rollout
Familiarity with financial inclusion policies and regulations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to liaison with government departments/projects
