Position:

Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive regional sales strategy for Fuel Stations & Retail Bazaar.

  • Build RTM plans and expand distribution by appointing dealers/distributors.

  • Lead and develop the sales team; handle recruitment with HR.

  • Set targets, forecast sales, and ensure consistent growth.

  • Monitor performance and prepare reports for management.

  • Manage key accounts, super stockists, and resolve escalations.

  • Lead negotiations and close deals; improve customer retention.

  • Execute BTL/marketing activities and product training.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethics.
