State Engineering Planner

As a State Project Planner at Reliance bp mobility ltd (Jio-bp), your primary responsibility will be to develop business concepts into defined projects and ensure their successful execution. You will be expected to prepare project feasibility reports, cost estimates, and execution plans. Your role will also involve coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure project completion on time and within budget. Key Skills required for this role include Project Planning, Monitoring & Controlling, Critical Path Analysis, Project Scheduling, and Risk Management. You will be responsible for preparing the scope of work for detail Engineering Consultant and developing a work breakdown structure. Additionally, you will need to have a detailed understanding and work as per Project Execution documents. Your duties will also include ensuring the availability of Engineering deliverables and materials for construction on time, implementing uniform procedures, methods, and control philosophies, and reviewing and controlling the schedule for all project activities. You will be required to prepare MIS reports, coordinate with the procurement group for project purchases, and manage construction at sites. Furthermore, you will be responsible for managing project contracts, coordinating among Projects, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Vendors, Contractors, and Operations for smooth and efficient commissioning. You will also need to implement RBML Quality & HSSE Management at Project sites, perform Risk Management, and coordinate with the Field team & Engineering team for MIS Reporting.
