About the Project: To assist the National AIDS Control Program achieve 95 – 95 – 95 targets, the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) along with US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) India has been entrusted the responsibility of improving lifesaving HIV treatment activities, enhancing HIV case finding and providing critical HIV services in PEPFAR geographies in India. One such initiative is Project Sashakt implemented by PATH, which supports the National and State AIDS Control Program in Northeast (Manipur, Nagaland and Mizoram).
Key Responsibilities:
Implement the Data Quality Assurance (DQA) Plan in the assigned state on a periodic basis
Preparation and compilations of the DQA reports
Provide handholding and mentor support to TIs and OST centers in ensuring the quality and completeness of the data
Support in the roll out of the TI database management Tool (TMT) across all TIs
Carrying out periodic analyses of the programme data and provide inputs to SACS
Maintain updated information of district and state epidemiological profiles
Support in the compilation and reporting of the quarterly progress report (QPR)
Provide monitoring support for activities under Sunshine project such as Social Network Model, index testing, Real Time Monitoring System, SDNS and satellite, MAT.
Coordinate and follow up with the field staff and partners and ensuring timely reporting under PATH project
Support in the documentation and record maintenance of innovations under PATH NE project
Coordinate with SACS, TI-NGOs, and PATH in the smooth roll out of the assigned activities
Provide data management support to care and treatment interventions
Other activities as assigned by supervisor
