The State Customer Marketing Executive - Retail plays a key role in our Marketing team, contributing to the creation and nurturing of globally beloved brands. As a State Customer Marketing Executive - Retail, your responsibilities encompass various critical areas: Outlet Management: - Conduct market surveys in collaboration with the Sales team to assess and finalize outlets - Ensure proper installation, maintenance, and upkeep of installations at vendor outlets, along with handling billing processes - Implement outlet mapping based on the Promotion Plan, deploying promotional elements as per the Activity calendar - Drive innovation in Signage Elements such as racks, main shop signage, gondolas, etc. - Maintain monthly scores for Territory Sales Executives (TSEs) and Team Leaders (TLs) in online and offline platforms - Manage contracts for rental outlets and obtain legal team approvals - Oversee documentation, stock registers, bills, purchase orders (POs), goods received advice (GRAs), and team attendance Brand Communication and Visibility: - Collaborate with the Senior Customer Marketing Manager to develop brand communication strategies across different channels - Supervise signage execution in the state through vendor coordination - Implement visibility strategies and monitor execution - Select outlets for brand implementation in alignment with the Sales team - Utilize outlets as a medium to enhance brand visibility, imagery, and demand generation through effective consumer activations Budget Management: - Coordinate with the manpower agency for activities like claim settlements - Ensure accurate budget utilization at the state level Analytics: - Monitor and report performance to the Customer Marketing Manager, deriving actionable insights for enhancement - Provide feedback to the regional marketing and sales teams based on competitor analysis and plan performance Training and Development: - Conduct training sessions for third-party execution personnel, aligning with the Regional/National Trade Marketing teams - Train promoters as per incentive schemes and ensure alignment with marketing activities and standards through regular communication and meetings This role offers flexibility and emphasizes inclusivity, aiming to create a culture where everyone feels valued and can contribute significantly to our shared goals.
