State Core Maintenance Engg Fiber

You will be responsible for managing assets, materials, and contracts for the core maintenance point. This includes monitoring the performance of the fiber network against defined SLAs and supporting the O&M of infrastructure and access electronics. You will need to provide details of fiber spans for inter, intra, and access networks and coordinate with the network operations center for issue resolution. Collaboration with the O&M/ISP core team for critical issue resolution is also a key aspect of your role. Ensuring there is sufficient material in the CMP warehouse for fiber operation, driving and monitoring KPI achievements, and implementing quality, health, safety, environment, and fire policies are important tasks. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the quality of the fiber network and ensuring the quality of work during fault restoration.
