State Business Analyst

You will be responsible for creating a detailed model of the business plan for 31 Jio centres in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. This includes developing functional plans for various departments such as Network, Marketing, Sales, HR, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Administration. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating revenue plans and profit & loss statements for each Jio centre based on market analysis, construction, revenue projections, customer base, device usage, and other relevant factors. Your role will involve managing, evaluating, and presenting Capital Expenditure (Capex) and Operational Expenditure (Opex) plans to the leadership team. You will also be responsible for overseeing the balance sheet, profit & loss statement, and cash flow to ensure financial stability and growth. To excel in this position, you should possess a skill set that includes expertise in operational planning, feasibility evaluation, cost-benefit analysis, sales analytics, customer insights, product profitability assessment, annual operating planning, budget analysis, business insights, gap analysis, market & industry analysis, and cross-functional coordination.
