2. Customer Service Excellence

  • Deliver warm, personalized, and memorable guest service, in line with resort hospitality standards.
  • Engage with guests — remember frequent visitors’ preferences, upsell specials, and promote loyalty.
  • Handle guest complaints or special requests calmly and professionally.
  • Maintain a welcoming and energetic café atmosphere that reflects the resort’s image.

3. Cleanliness & Hygiene

  • Keep all workstations, counters, and equipment spotless during and after shifts.
  • Follow FSSAI / hygiene protocols, including regular sanitization.
  • Ensure food safety standards (proper milk storage, expiration checks, waste management).

4. Inventory & Stock Management

  • Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and consumables.

5. Teamwork & Communication

  • Coordinate with kitchen, front office, and service staff to manage guest orders smoothly.

Job Purpose
