Job Description

Toensure the 5S & Safety in the respective area
Toensure 100% quality of inspection, measuring and test equipments through their calibration as per calibration plan made for each department.
Toperform measurement system analysis studies (R & R study) to find outinstrumental as well as appraiser variation and accordingly actions to be takenin shop floor (if required).
To implement & maintain the documentation (Calibration History Sheet, MSAreports etc..) as per requirements of IATF 16949:
Toensure that process related Work Instructions are properly displayed andadhered.
Togive at least one suggestion in a month to optimize the use of consumables, rawmaterial etc. by doing VE (Value Engineering).
Todeclare instruments, gauges as scrap, if found unusable / un-repairable.
Languages - Punjabi, Hindi & English.
