As a Staffing Sales Representative based in Mumbai, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and providing staffing solutions to meet client needs. Your daily tasks will include identifying potential clients, conducting sales calls, preparing sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. Collaboration with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are met, tracking sales metrics, and maintaining a CRM system will also be part of your role. Strong organizational and time management skills are crucial for success in this role.
