Job Description

Role Overview: As an HR Technology Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR tech solutions while ensuring alignment with engineering best practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with overall business objectives. Your role will involve continuously assessing and optimizing HR systems, processes, and workflows to enhance efficiency, user experience, and data integrity. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and data security protocols. Your contribution will also involve executing modern platform architecture approaches to meet key business objectives and provide end-to-end HR technology solutions. Supporting change management efforts related to HR technology implementations, upgrades, and process enhancements will be crucial for successful adoption and integration. You will also participate in testing and release management within Agile pod(s) to ensure a successful end-user experience for all deployments, while ensuring that all activities adhere to KHC processes and controls.
