Job Description

Short DescriptionJoin our dynamic Product Planning team and play a key role in shaping the future of our automotive products. In this position, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth market research to identify customer needs and industry trends, which will guide the development of specifications and features for CKD models. You will also prepare strategic product launch plans, assess profitability, and design effective survey schemes in collaboration with external vendors. This is an excellent opportunity for someone analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about turning insights into impactful product strategies.

Specific Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Management
Proficient in English, Ms. Office, and data analysis
Have product knowledge in automotive
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Understand TQM and customer survey tools
Have SIM A and willing to go on business trip
Placement in Sunter, North Jakarta

General Requirement

Have a TOEIC/TOEFL Certification with a minimum score of 550 for TOEIC or 493 for TOEFL
Have valid Certificate of Good Conduct Indonesian Police Certificates (SKCK)
