Desired Characteristics Technical Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of Object Oriented Analysis and Design, Software Design Patterns and Java coding principles
- Hands-on expertise in Java /C# / .NET, or Python, with the ability to select the appropriate language and framework based on use case and system constraints
- Experience building and maintaining enterprise-grade backend services using Java (Spring ecosystem) or .NET (ASP.NET Core, Web APIs)
- Proficiency in Python for backend services, data processing, automation, and integration use cases
- Hands-on experience in web services (REST, SOAP, WSDL etc.), using Apache Commons Suite & Maven, SQL Database such as Oracle MySQL, PostgreSQL etc.
