Job Description

Participate in the design and development of enterprise platform solutions that aims at providing consistent and secure methods for developers to develop, build, deploy and run their applications.
Support developers from other teams by providing DevSecOps best practices.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable infrastructure solutions.
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement improvements to enhance reliability and performance.
Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to ensure platform stability and security.
Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform and Spacelift.
Ensure proper documentation of infrastructure configurations, processes, and policies.
Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for production systems.
Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the platform

WHAT YOU LL NEED:

10+ years of SRE experience, DevOps Engineer, platform engineering or similar role.
Experience in developing and managing infrastructure as code using Terraform. Experience with Spacelift is a plus.
Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Bash, JavaScript/Typescript, Java, C# or Go.
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
Experience with DevSecOps tasks (Environment provisioning, CI/CD Pipelines, implementing security tools for DAST and SAST monitoring).
Excellent work ethic. Ability to work and travel independently. Effective strategic thinking skills.
Expert level communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills. Expert level troubleshooting skills.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Extensive experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies when it comes to infrastructure as code
