Staff Recruiter

As a Technical Recruiter at AMD, you will play a critical role in creating and executing recruiting strategies to identify, qualify, and hire highly technical talent. Your expertise in communicating technical job roles, developing sourcing strategies, and managing the recruiting process will be invaluable in advancing AMD's mission of accelerating next-generation computing experiences across various industries. You will work closely with the global talent acquisition team to ensure a cohesive approach in attracting top technical talent. Key Responsibilities: - Create and execute recruiting strategies to identify, qualify, and hire highly technical talent - Communicate technical job roles effectively to candidates at all levels - Act as a trusted adviser to management in the identification, selection, and offer process - Develop complex sourcing strategies and utilize multiple techniques to identify top technical talent - Lead the recruiting process from sourcing to final offer - Manage metrics locally and understand the global impact - Collaborate with the global talent acquisition team to ensure a unified recruiting message Qualifications Required: - Demonstrated successful experience in recruiting within a technical environment - Knowledge of the semiconductor industry and R&D is preferred - Ability to manage complex information in a matrixed environment - Develop and execute strategies for identifying top talent globally - Capacity to understand and effectively communicate complex technologies - Track record of producing results in a highly complex environment - Excellent phone and internet research skills - Strong problem-solving skills and creativity - Analytical skills to analyze job descriptions and match ideal candidates - Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) - Understanding of business impact and metrics,
