Job Description

Digital Technology Hub Culture Lead

Key Responsibilities

  • Culture & Values Leadership:

    Lead the consistent communication and embedding of

    bp

    s culture and values into daily work practices. You will develop an annual plan of initiatives and execute them to continuously reinforce cultural norms.

  • Engagement & Community Building:

    Drive initiatives to create a highly engaging environment and create networking opportunities for staff. You will also lead a community of champions and change agents to develop and roll out initiatives that inspire and excite the Hub teams.

  • Training & Development:

    Lead the development and implementation of coaching and mentoring programs for team leaders and staff. You will also design and deliver training focused on cross-cultural understanding and essential soft skills to enhance team collaboration.

  • Ethics & Compliance:

    Act as the Ethics and Compliance (

    EC

    ) lead for the Hub. You will promote and embed a strong

    EC

    culture, ensuring adherence to

    bp

    s standards and policies, and support leadership with reporting and reviews of

    EC

    cases.

  • Project & Change Management:

    Manage multiple, concurrent initiatives with strategic thinking, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals. You will apply mixed methodologies, including

    Agile

    and

    Waterfall

    , to drive delivery and navigate organizational complexity.
