Job Description

As a Quality Manager at Lenovo, your primary role will involve enabling and evaluating ODM/EMS through systematic and regular audits to drive improvement and meet requirements. You will be responsible for synchronizing and standardizing global processes and procedures, as well as evaluating and implementing protocols to inspect and test in-process, raw materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards for distribution. Your duties will also include leading quality issue resolutions, supporting overseas production transfers, and driving continuous improvement in manufacturing quality. Key Responsibilities: - Enable and evaluate ODM/EMS through systematic audits and drive improvement - Synchronize and standardize global processes and procedures - Evaluate and implement protocols for inspection and testing of products - Lead quality issue resolutions at mass production for ODM products - Support overseas production transfers and drive continuous improvement - Drive quick and effective issue resolution for Carrier audits, OOB inspections, and customer claims - Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance manufacturing quality control capabilities - Act as a coordinator to resolve arguments among overseas sites/EMS/ODM Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or above in any engineering background - At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, operation, or quality management - Minimum 5 years of experience in the smartphone industry - Familiarity with supply chain activities such as manufacturing, SMT, Assembly, IE, Testing, NPI, and Quality - Good knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and statistical analysis - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and influence - Fluency in both spoken and written English; Mandarin proficiency preferred - Responsible, honest, and transparent work ethic (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.),
