Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Staff Nurse at Vivan Super Speciality Hospital, located in Meerut. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care and support, including monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, assisting in medical procedures, and collaborating with the healthcare team. The role also involves educating patients and families about treatment and post-care processes, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for optimal recovery.

Qualifications

• Proficient in patient care, monitoring vital signs, and administering medications
• Skilled in assisting with medical procedures and operating medical equipment
• Experienced in maintaining patient records, documentation, and report writing
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and empathetic skills to support patients and families
• Knowledge of medical safety protocols, hygiene standards, and infection control
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Recognized nursing qualification (e.g., B.Sc. in Nursing or equivalent) and a valid nursing license
• Experience in a multifunctional hospital setting is an advantage
