Basic criteria: Education: GNM, BSc Nursing INC affiliated Core Responsibilities: Patient Assessment: Taking patient histories, performing physical exams, and monitoring vital signs (pulse, temperature, and blood pressure). Care Planning & Implementation: Developing and delivering individualized care plans, including administering medications, treatments, and wound care. Collaboration: Working with physicians, therapists, and other staff to coordinate care and make treatment decisions. Patient Education: Informing patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and preventative care. Documentation: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, often using electronic health records (EHR). Emotional Support: Providing comfort, guidance, and support to patients and their relatives during stressful times.
