Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Staff Nurse at TEXWORLD FASHION PRIVATE LIMITED in Ahmedabad. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing medical care and first aid to employees, conducting health assessments, maintaining medical records, and assisting in health and wellness programs. The Staff Nurse will also be involved in administering medication, providing health education, and ensuring compliance with health regulations within the workplace.

Qualifications

Nursing and Medical Care Skills: Proven experience in providing first aid, administering medications, and performing health assessments.
Record-Keeping and Organizational Skills: Ability to maintain detailed medical records and manage health documentation.
Health Education and Communication Skills: Proficiency in delivering health education and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of workplace health regulations and protocols.
Relevant Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial setting, is a plus.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) or a diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution. Valid nursing license required.
